Thanks for all your help. I just got a settlement this morning on my Diminished Value claim for $3250.00. They originally offered $1000.00 and then we haggled back and forth and their final was $3,000- then I told them that I needed the $250.00 I spent for the Diminished Value Report and so they came to $3250.00. They are putting a check in the mail on Monday. Just thought I'd let you know.
